OHM can lease hotel properties, turning them into income-producing assets, providing a streamlined solution to all stakeholders i.e. owners, investors, lenders, etc. With great geographical dispersion and highly diversified assets of leased properties, in terms of size or positioning, our aim is the achievement of maximum performance for each hotel separately, maximising the owners’ rent income. To achieve performance maximisation OHG may invest its own capital (via Delfi Capital) to refurbish leased hotels, depending on the needs and repositioning potential of each property.
